As the new website is a completely separate system to the old one, your password for the previous website is invalid.
To access the Members’ Area for the first time, you will need to put your member number in the top field and your surname (all lower case) in the second field on the left. You will then be prompted to change your password and create a security question. For initial logins, you do not need to click on the ‘forgot password’ link.
