The primary sport at Royal South Yarra is tennis, which is conducted on 25 courts – 10 grass courts and 15 porous courts lit for night play.

The Club holds regular social tennis events for members, and enters a number of teams in various competitions, conducted on weekdays and weekends both in Summer and Winter.

Our Club tennis professionals offer a variety of coaching classes and private lessons on the Club courts for all age groups.

Additionally, the Club conducts regular tennis events - Club Championships, President's Day, Mixed Doubles Events, Junior Tennis and Activity Day, Family Day, Teenager’s Tournaments and the Electric Light Tournament.
