Royal South Yarra has two squash courts on the lower floor adjacent to the change rooms, and conducts regular social and competition events including the annual Squash Championships (Open and Handicap events) and The Club Circuit competition.

All members with sporting facility rights are permitted to use the squash courts. Visitors are permitted, but must be signed in and the visitor's fee paid.
