The Club's primary residential accommodation comprises 4 boutique apartments known as "Mont Verdant".

Adjacent to the Clubhouse in Verdant Avenue, "Mont Verdant" is high on the hill and has extensive views of the Club's tennis courts, the surrounding district and parklands, and across the Yarra River to the City skyline.

The 4 apartments - Melbourne Park, Wimbledon, Flushing Meadows and Roland Garros - reflect comfort and style, unique décor of the period and the tennis flavour of the 4 Grand Slam tournaments.

Each apartment has spacious accommodation - 2 bedrooms, lounge room, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom. More like a home away from home, the apartments are elegantly furnished, fully-outfitted and complemented with modern facilities including:

    - 1 double (Queen-size) bedroom and 1 twin bedroom;
    - Dining room with table, seating, and quality settings for 6;
    - Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher and microwave;
    - Full-size bathroom;
    - 2 televisions and a DVD/VCR;
    - CD player/tuner;
    - Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board; and
    - Business facilities - office desk, facsimile, modem input and ISD/IDD telephones.

The Club has a further one bedroom fully serviced apartment adjacent to the Club known as:

Number Eleven.

With a more contemporary feel, this sunny apartment is set-up in a similar fashion to Mont Verdant with quality furnishings and modern appointments to make this your home away from home. This apartment has a bedroom with Queen bed, lounge/dining, study, kitchen and bathroom.

Off street parking is available for both our properties and the Club facilities are available for use by our House Guests.
